Checking your orders and events on the calendar
The calendar brings together everything that's coming up for your family in one place: lunch orders, shop purchases, school payments, and school events like term dates or a teacher only day. It's an easy way to see what's ahead, and to check whether a lunch has already been ordered for a particular day.
Seeing what's coming up
When you log in, a Coming up panel appears under the Calendar heading. This gives you a quick look at what's coming up, right from the home screen.
Opening the calendar
In the app, you can reach the calendar any time from your account:
- Select Account.
- Select Calendar.
Everything is grouped by month in a list, making it easy to scan at a glance.
On the website, you'll find Calendar in the menu on the left. This opens a month-at-a-glance view with a few more options. You can:
- Switch between Day, Week, and Month views
- See each student's events in their own colour, or filter by a single student
- Choose an event type from the All event types menu
- Turn weekends on or off
Selecting any item on the calendar shows its details, including the type, the school, and what was ordered.
Filtering the calendar
If you'd like to focus on one kind of event, the Filter option lets you narrow things down.
In the app:
- Select Filter at the top of the calendar.
- Choose the event type you'd like to see:
- All shows everything
- Lunch shows your lunch orders
- Shop purchase shows items bought through a school shop
- School payment shows payments made to the school
- Events shows school events like term dates and closures
3. Select Apply filters.
To go back to seeing everything, you can open Filter again and select Clear all.
On the website, you can filter the same way using the All event types menu, and by student.
