Cancel an order for a selected date

If you've ordered an item for a selected date (ie. you had to select your date(s) from a list when ordering), you can cancel your order until the cut-off time arrives for that particular service.
NOTE: this applies to date selected services only, eg. Lunches.

1. Go to my orders to view all of your transactions.

2. Scroll to find the order you wish to cancel checking you have the correct delivery date. A Cancel button will display next to the order. 
Select Cancel.

3. Click OK to confirm you wish to cancel the order.

The purchase price will be refunded to your myKindo account balance and you will see the transaction record of the cancellation on my orders page.

IMPORTANT: Cancellations will not be accepted after the cut-off time for the particular service.  Cut-off times can vary for different lunch suppliers. If the cut-off time for orders has passed, the cancel option will not be available to you, and you will not be able to cancel the order.
