Autopay is not able to process payment requests with permission or consent forms attached. These will show as skipped in your notification email and will need to be paid manually.
If Something Changes
What if a new fee is added after I've set up Autopay?
If the new payment request matches your Autopay settings, it will be picked up automatically at the next run. You'll receive the usual 48-hour notification before anything is paid.
My payment didn't match my notification email — why?
Between the time your notification email is sent and when Autopay processes, things can change — such as new payment requests from your school, changes you make to your settings, or manual purchases reducing your wallet balance. You'll receive a confirmation email and a receipt in my orders reflecting what was actually paid.
What happens if I get a refund?
Refunds go back into your Kindo wallet. From there, your Autopay settings apply the same way as any other funds — if there are outstanding payment requests that match your preferences, Autopay will allocate accordingly at the next run.
What if there aren't enough funds to cover everything?
Autopay pays in priority order based on your settings. If there aren't enough funds to cover all payment requests, any unpaid items will be queued and picked up at the next Autopay run — nothing is dropped.
What if a payment needs to be paid in full — like a trip or hostel fee?
If a payment requires full payment, Autopay will skip it until you have enough funds in your wallet to cover the full amount. It will be picked up at the next run once the funds are there. In the meantime, your other payments will continue to be processed as normal.
What if my wallet has funds but no fees are currently outstanding?
Your funds stay in your wallet until a payment request arrives that matches your Autopay settings. Nothing happens until there's something to pay.
