How to set-up an automatic payment
Making regular payments into your Kindo account means you will always have funds available when you need them. This can make checkout faster and ensures you have funds ready for larger payments, such as school camps.
Find your Customer Number
Before setting up your automatic payment, you will need your Customer Number.
3. Locate your Customer Number.
4. Make a note of your Customer number. You will need to enter this number as the reference when setting up your automatic payment.
Set up an automatic payment with your bank
1. Log into your online banking.
2. Create a new automatic payment
Option 1 (recommended): Search for Kindo as a registered payee
- Search for Kindo in your bank's payee list.
- Enter your Customer Number in the Reference field exactly as shown on your My Details page.
Option 2: Enter the bank details manually
If your bank does not support registered payees, use the following details:
Payee name: The Growth Collective Limited
Account number: 02-1257-0090149-000
Enter your Customer Number in the Reference field exactly as shown on your My Details page.
Your Customer Number must be entered exactly as shown so we can allocate the payment to your account.
If the reference is missing or incorrect, we cannot allocate the payment and it will be returned.
Payments usually appear in your Kindo Wallet within 1–3 working days.
You will receive a Kindo top-up receipt confirming the funds have been added to your account.
