How to set-up an automatic payment

Making regular payments into your myKindo account means you will always have funds available when you need them, whether it’s for a faster transaction process at the checkout, or to pay for bigger ticket items like School Camp.

SETTING UP AN AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

Having an automatic payment set up into your myKindo account is easy.

1.    Log in to your myKindo account and select myKindo wallet.

2.    Under the online Bank Transfer section are all the details you will need to set up an Automatic Payment with your bank.

AlertYou must include your unique Reference number (your payment reference number) so we can ensure the funds are transferred into the correct account.

Even though funds are taken instantly from your account it can take time for them to reach us.  Please allow up to 2 working days.

3.      Login into your personal bank and set up the automatic payment, as you would for any other automatic payment.

You will receive a myKindo top up receipt each time the funds are received.
