Order again is the quickest way to reorder Ezlunch lunches your child has had before, without going through the full menu.
You'll find Order again on your Kindo home screen.
When to use it
Use Order again when you're placing an order the night before or the morning of, and your child tends to have the same few lunches. If you'd rather browse the full menu or order further ahead, tap Browse Shops and order the usual way instead.
How it works
- On your home screen, tap Order again.
- Pick the day you're ordering for along the top. You'll see five days, including weekends.
- If you're ordering for more than one child, select their name to see just their lunches, or leave it on All students to see everyone.
- Tap the + next to any item to add it to your cart. Each item shows the supplier, the price, and any choices already made (like a sub with no tomato), so you don't need to set them again.
- Tap View Cart when you're done to check out.
Order again shows the last eight lunches each child has ordered, so even if they've tried something different recently, their usual will still be there.
What you'll see
You'll only see items that can be ordered for the day you've picked. If an item's cut-off time has passed, it shows greyed out with Orders cut off so you know it's normally available but can't be ordered right now.
If an order hasn't been placed for a child recently, you'll see No recent lunches available — just tap Browse Shops to order from the full menu.
Good to know
Order again shows Ezlunch lunches only. If your child's school uses another lunch service, or you have children at different schools, anything that isn't an Ezlunch order won't appear here. You can always order those the usual way through the full menu.
