Adding your child's food allergy details
Add your child's food allergy details so lunch suppliers are alerted when they print labels and reports. You can update them any time.
For severe or life-threatening allergies, please also contact the kitchen directly.
Allergy details are shared with suppliers to help them prepare orders, but always check ingredients yourself before ordering.
Adding allergy details
- Go to the Account tab, then tap My details.
- Under Members, tap the child you want to update. If they're not listed, tap Add membership to add them.
- On the Manage Member page, tap Allergies.
- Enter the allergy details, then tap Save.
The allergy now shows on the child's Manage Member page and under Members in My details.
When ordering, you can filter a shop's items by dietary requirement (GF, DF, V, H) to help find suitable options.
