Payment methods for topping up

Kindo offers many ways to securely top up your account, so you can choose the method that best suits you. 




 You can pay-as-you-go using our online top up options – either from the ‘top up account’ options, or at the checkout. Funds are available instantly using these payment methods. 

POLi – pay now with your bank account using internet banking. This is a free option for topping up your myKindo account. 

Credit or Debit card – payments are processed in real time. 2.5% surcharge and a 50c service fee.

                        Visa / Mastercard / American Express / China UnionPay available. 

Whichever top-up payment method you use to add funds to your myKindo account, you always have the option of just topping up the funds you need for the day, or top up a bit more and have a balance available for super speedy checkout next time.



This is a free option for topping up your myKindo account. 

Add more funds than you need, so that you always have a credit on your account.  

This means you need to top-up less and will have a faster transaction process at the checkout. 

You can also set up regular automatic payments into your myKindo account using the Bank transfer option.

This too will ensure you always have funds available for those last-minute purchases and you won’t be paying additional service fees.

Please include your member number as the reference so we know which account to top-up. 

Even though the funds are taken instantly from your account it can take time for them to reach us. Please allow up to 2 working days. You will receive a top-up receipt when funds are received.
 You will not be able to complete any purchases until your account has sufficient funds to make the purchase.

NOTE:  this top-up option is not recommended for same day/next day lunch orders, or items that that are closing within 48 hours as orders will not be processed until funds have cleared (allow two working days) and may get missed!
