General purchases and payments (that have not been selected for specific date) may be cancelled until midnight on the day of purchase, or until the administrator has changed the status to lock the order, whichever happens first.
- Go to my orders to view all of your transactions.
- Scroll to find the order. A Cancel button will display next to the order. If a Cancel button is not displayed, this order may no longer be cancelled.
- Select Cancel and ok.
- The purchase price will be refunded to your myKindo account balance.
Cancellations will not be accepted after midnight. You may need to apply for a refund. Please discuss this with the provider of the item.
