Cancel an order for a selected date

If you've ordered an item for a selected date (ie. you had to select your date(s) from a list when ordering), you can cancel your order until the cutoff time arrives for that service delivery. NOTE: this applies to date selected services only, eg. Lunches.

  1. Go to my orders to view all of your transactions.
  2. Scroll to find the order with the correct delivery date. A Cancel button will display next to the order.
  3. Select Cancel and ok.
  4. The purchase price will be refunded to your myKindo account balance.

Cancellations will not be accepted after the cutoff time.
