Your myKindo account needs to have sufficient funds to complete a purchase or payment to your school or club.
You can add funds to (top up) your myKindo account in advance and use these to purchase items as you need them, or add funds at the time of purchase or payment.
TOPPING UP AT THE CHECKOUT WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE
If you have insufficient funds to complete a payment or purchase, you will be prompted to top up at the Checkout.
Add your items to the cart, proceed to the checkout, select Top Up and Place Order.
This option will require you to use either a credit/debit card, or POLi when orders are closing within 48 hours.
OR for orders not closing within 48 hours you can use the Bank transfer option.
TOPPING UP IN ADVANCE USING TOP UP ACCOUNT
To top up your account at any time, select the top up account option on your myKindo account.
Because you are simply topping up your account, and not making a purchase at the same time, you can select any of the payment options.
You can use either a credit/debit card, POLi or the Bank Transfer option.
