Your mykindo account needs to have sufficient funds to complete a purchase or payment to your school or club. 

You can add funds to ("top up") your Kindo account in advance and use these to purchase items as you need them, or add funds at the time of purchase or payment.

Kindo offers many ways to securely top up your account, so you can choose the method that best suits you. See top up account in the mykindo main menu for details.

Topping up with a purchase

If you have insufficient funds to complete a payment or purchase, you will be prompted to top up at the Checkout. Add your items to the cart, proceed to the checkout, select Top Up and Place Order. This option requires a credit/debit card (fees apply) or you can use Account2Account or POLi with major NZ banks. Internet banking is available, but requires time for the transfer to take place - see "topping up in advance" below.

Topping up in advance

To top up your account in advance, select the top up account link on mykindo main menu and follow the instructions. You have a choice of using online payment methods (debit/credit card, POLi or Account2Account) or transferring funds to us through regular banking, such as setting up a bank transfer, one-off internet banking payments, teller deposits etc. The bank account number is provided on the top up account page under Get details.
