Purchase an item

Kindo supports purchasing and paying for many different types of items. Some are ordered for specific dates, whilst others are simply purchased any time. You may even see personalised payments of items available on your account. Whatever the item the process is essentially the same.

Access the menu (you may be asked to select a service and/or date to get started). You will need to be logged in first - go through your school/club link or direct to to log in.

Select a Service to get started with. Use the Services menu on the left of the screen (on small screens this is accessed via theicon) to scroll the menu or to switch to another organisation or service.

Personalised payables are displayed on a blue background at the top of the menu.

If you are able to change the amount to pay, you will see a box to overwrite your amount. This is only available for some payments.

Click the  to add the Payment to your cart.

General items are displayed with person icons next to them, for fast ordering for all members.

Click the person icon (eg.) to add the item to your cart. Hovering over the person icon will display the name of the member. For dated items, you may also use the calendar  icon and click on multiple dates at once.

Go to the Cart and click Check Out.

If you have sufficient funds in your account, you can click Place Order to complete the purchase. Otherwise click Top up and place order to be guided through online payment options, at which time the order will be placed.

NOTE: dated services have cut off times. Orders will not be accepted after the cut off.
