Can I close my account?

You may close your account at any time and have the balance transferred to your bank account. To help verify your identity you must use the email address that you have registered with us and provide us with your account balance. 

Email your request to us at hello@mykindo.co.nz.

  • Please include "Close my account" in the subject line.  

In the body of the email please tell us 

  • your name
  • account balance
  • the bank account you would like the money refunded into. 

This request will be actioned within two weeks during the year. For end of year closures, it will be actioned during January/February. 

We will email you to confirm we have completed this.
