Tui - Help When You Need It
What is Tui?
Tui is a chat assistant built into the Kindo website and app. Tui is there to help you get
quick answers to common questions – any time, without needing to wait for
support.
Whether you need help placing
an order, updating your details, or understanding how something works, Tui can
point you in the right direction straight away.
How to use Tui
- Look for the Ask Tui
button in the bottom-right corner of your screen, in both the app and browser.
Tap or click it to open Tui.

Type your question in plain
language. For example: 'How do I cancel an order?' or 'How do I
change my child’s school?'
Tui will search through our help articles and show you the most relevant information straight away.
If Tui cannot fully answer your question, she can connect you with our friendly support team.
What can Tui help with?
Tui can answer questions about:
- Placing, changing, or cancelling orders
- Your account and student details
- How Kindo works
- Getting in touch with our support team.
Helpful tips
- Tui is available any time - you do not need to wait for business hours.
- Tui can connect you with our support team during
business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm. Outside of these hours, you can
leave a message and we’ll get back to you.
- Tui works best with simple, clear questions.
- For account-specific questions, please contact our
support team directly – Tui will show you how.
