Resetting a forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.

  1. On the login page, select Forgot your password?

  2. In the Reset password window, enter the email address you use to log in to Kindo, then select Reset.

  3. We'll email you a password reset link. Open the email and select the link.
  4. On the Set your new password page, type your new password, re-enter it to confirm, then select Save password.
  5. When you see Password has been changed!, select Continue and sign in with your new password.

Notes
The reset email can take a few minutes to arrive. If it doesn't turn up, it's worth checking your spam or junk folder.

Notes

  • Make sure you're using the email address linked to your Kindo account. If you're not sure which one that is, our helpdesk can help.

If you continue to have difficulty, please send a request to the helpdesk.
