myKindo App – setting the PIN number (and touch ID or Face ID)

myKindo app is available for both Android and Apple phones.

When first setting up to use the App you will be prompted to save a pin or face id/touch id.

Once a pin or touch/face ID is set, by default it will allow these to log in to the app.

If you do not have face id/touch id set up on your phone, but have set a pin, it may prompt you to set up touch/face id. You are able to stop this message by disabling biometrics in the app.

To either disable biometrics, or update or remove your pin, you need to go to the 'security pin settings' found in your myKindo personal account menu (the head and shoulders icon to the right of your screen).
