Download or Update the Kindo App
The Kindo app lets you order school lunches, make payments, complete forms, buy event tickets, and more. It's available for both Android and Apple devices.
Instructions
New to the Kindo app?
- Open the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) on your phone.
- Search for Kindo.
- Tap Get or Install and follow the on-screen prompts.

- Once installed, open the app and log in to your Kindo account.
If you don't have a Kindo account yet, tap Sign up on the Log in page to create one.
Already have the Kindo app?
If your app is out of date, you may see a prompt when you open it.
- Open the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for Kindo or myKindo.
- Tap Update.
4. If you see Open instead of Update, tap the app listing (the teal k icon) — the button will change to Update.
On Google Play, Update should appear directly in the search results. The step above applies to the Apple App Store only.
5. Tap Update, then Open the app once it has finished updating.
6. You'll be taken to the Log in page — log in to your Kindo account.
Setting up your login preference
After logging in, you'll be prompted to choose how you'd like to sign in going forward. There are three options:
- Face or fingerprint recognition
- 4-digit PIN code
- Email and password
The method you choose becomes your default login.
Once setup is complete, tap Got it - the app will then walk you through its features.
To change your login preference at any time, tap Account (the head and shoulders icon, bottom right of the screen) and select the Log in Options.
