Member Terms & Conditions

We take privacy very seriously and are compliant with applicable NZ laws and regulations. 
These policies explain what information The Growth Collective Limited trading as Kindo (TGCL, Kindo, myKindo and ezlunch) collects, how we store this information, and the steps we take to protect it.
We are committed to always improving our security posture and will update these policies from time to time.

Terms & Conditions are agreed to when creating your account. There is a link and a 'tick to accept' box on that you will need to 'tick' when you first create your account.

These terms outline how we treat the information we collect from you (privacy), as well as how to close an account and other responsibilities.

This Customer Terms of Service incorporates:  
  1. Our General Terms;  
  2. Our Kindo Terms of Service;
  3. Our eStore Service Terms.  
All customers are deemed to have accepted our General Terms upon registering for or using our Services. All internal suppliers of Schools are deemed to have accepted our Kindo Terms of Service. All external suppliers of Schools are deemed to have accepted our eStore Service Terms.
