Labels - Quick View Reporting

Quick view lets you preview and print daily labels in different formats to suit your packing and delivery needs.

Each label format can be previewed before exporting or printing.

Accessing label options

Most label formats are available through Quick view - View and print labels .

1. Log into the Shop Site and go to the Order status and reporting page

2. Open the Quick view tab and choose a production date

3. Click View and print labels

4. Choose a label type

5. Set the Supplier(s), then select Search

Once you select Search, the label preview will appear on screen. From here, you can choose to Export or Print the labels.

To print test orders, select a label type, tick Preview labels (demo data),  then choose Search. Labels will be generated using demonstration data and will not affect live orders.

To print a label list or generate labels over a date range, use the Order status tab.
