Help signing in to your Kindo account
Signing in to Kindo only takes a moment. If anything doesn't go quite to plan, you'll find the answer below.
Troubleshooting
No account yet? Sign up for free
Select
Sign up for free at the bottom of the
login page and complete the form. Use the same email address your school has on file for you. If your email address has changed, let your school know so they can update their records.
Forgot your password?
Select
Forgot your password? on the
login page and you'll be sent an email with a link to reset it.
Reset link opening on the login page instead of the reset form
- Try a different browser, and test again in that browser's incognito or private mode. This helps rule out a browser-related issue.
- If that doesn't help, updating the browser, or uninstalling and reinstalling it, usually clears things up.
"Username or password not recognised"
- Double-check there's no extra space before or after the email address.
- Make sure the password meets the requirements below.
Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters and include numbers, lower case letters, upper case letters, and at least one of these special characters: !@#$%^&*
Not receiving the reset email
- Check the spam or junk folder first; this is the most common reason emails go missing.
"Password reset not enabled for this user"
This message appears when your school looks after your Kindo account for you. Because the school set the account up and manages it, the password can't be reset from the login page.
To take ownership of your account and set your own password, contact your school office and ask them to release the account to you. Once they've done this, you'll be able to sign in and manage your password yourself.
Completing your setup
If you see a message asking you to link your account to school records, click Complete setup and follow the instructions. This ensures all payment requests from your school are visible in your account. If your child hasn't started at their new school yet, it's best to wait until their enrolment is confirmed before completing setup.
Reactivating your account
If you previously had a Kindo account or have recently closed one and want to reactivate it, contact our
helpdesk and we'll help you regain access.
