Kindo has a fresh new look, bringing your payment requests, forms, and lunch orders into one place.
If you have children at more than one school, this is where you'll notice the biggest change: you can see what's happening across all your schools in one place, and still open each school's own page when you want to.
You don't need to do anything to get the new look, it'll arrive automatically. Your account details, wallet balance, saved payment methods, and students' information all stay exactly the same.
What's new
A few things have changed with the new look:
One home screen for your whole family. Your schools, payment requests, calendar, and Kindo Wallet now sit together on one landing screen, so nothing gets missed.
- A single place for requests. Payment requests and forms from all your schools now come together in one place, so you can see at a glance what needs your attention.
- Pay All across schools. Where you have requests from more than one school, you can pay for everything at once, and deselect anything you'd rather not pay right now.
- See what's coming up. Your home screen shows a calendar of key dates across your schools, like lunch orders you've placed and upcoming events, so you can see what's ahead at a glance.
- My Orders is now Transactions. The area where you check what you've ordered and whether a payment went through is now called Transactions. You'll find it under Account in the app, and in the menu on the left on the website.
- Easier access to each of your schools. Each of your schools has its own page, simpler to find and switch between, with its own colours, latest messages, and events, so it's easy to keep up with what's happening.
Finding your way around
On the app, you'll find everything from the buttons along the bottom of your screen: Home, Shop, Requests, and Account. On the website, they're in the menu on the left.
If something looks like it's moved and you can't spot it, the articles below walk through the most common tasks step by step.
Kindo is moving to the new experience gradually, so you and another caregiver might not see it at exactly the same time. If your Kindo still looks the way it always has, that's expected, and everything works just as before until the new look reaches you.
