Access: Order Administrators

Available from the Order Status page for Order Administrators.

   

First, filter for the orders required and then select download or print Please select... drop down option.

You can then choose one of the CSV or Excel reporting option. These generate an Excel file or CSV file that can be opened in spreadsheet software such as MS Excel or imported into other applications. 

The simple version contains essential information only – Student name and room, item purchased, total paid, and account holder details. 

If there were also questions associated with your item, these will also display on the spreadsheet.

You can then manipulate the file to show the information you require, in the order you require.

You may need to expand the column width in Excel to view the information. To do this quickly, click on the top left corner to highlight the whole page, 

then position the mouse on the line between A and B so it displays as a 2-sided arrow. Double-click the mouse.

You can use Excel features to Sort, Filter, Hide/Unhide columns etc.
