Donation Receipts - Name Change
Donation receipts are generated automatically using the Account Holder name on your Kindo account at the time of purchase, for any item your school has marked as a 'donation'. Since we're not able to change a name once a receipt is issued, it's worth checking that your Account Holder name is correct before paying any donations. For more on donation tax credits, see IRD.
You can view your donation receipts from the Transactions page.
How to download your donation receipts
2. Select Transactions from the menu on the left.
4. The Date range defaults to the current tax year. To view a different period, select the date field and either use a Quick Select Tax Year button, or pick your own start and end dates from the calendar. Select Done to confirm.
5. To see donations for a particular school, select it from the Donee drop-down. Otherwise, leave it as All donees.
6. Select Apply to update your results.
7. Select Download summary for tax return to create a PDF you can save and attach to your tax return.
8.Choose the tax year you're claiming for, then select Download.
If the PDF does not pop up automatically, please ensure you "allow" pop-ups and it should open in a new window.Related Articles
