Does my child's school have Kindo?

We have a large number of schools using Kindo.

We encourage schools to place a Kindo link onto their website. If you are not sure, you can contact your school directly or you can search for a school under the my details page. 

Finding your school organisation

1. Log into your Kindo account and select my details

2. Under the Members section, click on your child's name who you wish to check/update.

If your child is not a member already, you can simply add a child to your account. Please see Adding a new student to your account for more information. 

3. This will open a new page. Click on Add Membership.

4. A pop up will appear for you to select the School or organisation.

If the school is registered with Kindo, it will be listed here.

Use the Location drop-down to search for their location/room.

Click on Save button if you would like to save this new information.

Repeat the process for other members of your family. 

Complete Setup (Kindo Payable Schools):

Alternatively, you may be asked to Complete Setup. This occurs when we find a school that has your child enrolled and connected with your email address.

Simply click on Complete Setup and follow the instructions on the screen. 

Remember to Save & Continue to save this new information.

Please ensure you use the email address the school has on their record. 

Repeat the process for other members of your family.
