Complete Setup on your Kindo account
Kindo links to your school's Student Management System (e.g. Hero, Edge, eTAP, Kamar). If you are not linked, this could be because:
- you have not yet setup your Kindo account;
OR
- you have a Kindo account already but are using a different email address to log in, than the one the school has on file for you.
Not registered with a Kindo account?
You can easily register!
To get started, you’ll need to sign up through the website (not the Kindo app) – it only takes a couple of minutes:
- Enter in the email address the school has on file for you.
- Check your inbox for an email from Kindo with a link to setup your password.
- Your Kindo account is setup & you can now download the Kindo app!
Already have a Kindo or Ezlunch account?
Login to your account.
If you see a message similar to this one, you need to link your student:
Click on ‘complete setup’ and follow the setup instructions on screen.
Or
Go directly to ‘my details’.
Check your email address matches the email address the school has.
If you need to update your email address, you can either change your login email on Kindo to match the school email address on the ‘my details’ page,
Or give the school a call and update your school email address to match your Kindo login one.
School updates happen on a regular basis - please allow up to a day for the updated email information to come through.
Kindo will amend your child’s class automatically when school records are updated.
Once your Kindo account is setup and your student is linked, you will be able to:
- see any outstanding payments on your personalised family account.
- choose to make a part-payment or full payment.
