Cancel an order (undated)
General purchases and payments (that have not been selected for specific date) may be cancelled until midnight on the day of purchase, or until the administrator has changed the status of the order, whichever happens first.
- Go to my orders to view all of your transactions.
2. Scroll down the page to find the order. A Cancel button will display next to the order. (If a Cancel button is not displayed, this order may no longer be cancelled).
3. Select Cancel and a popup box will appear asking you to confirm your cancellation. Select OK.
4. The purchase price will be refunded to your myKindo account, and a pop-up box will appear confirming the cancellation. Select OK.
You will see the confirmation of the cancellation on your my orders page.
Cancellations will not be accepted after midnight on the day of the purchase, and the Cancel button option will not be visible to you.
You may need to apply for a refund and will need to discuss this with the School / Organisation / Group that is supplying the item.
